王爱，女，理学博士，讲师。1989年5月生于山西省忻州。

2006/09-2010/07，本科，云南师范大学化学（应用化学方向），本科论文指导教师毕韵梅教授。 本科论文：“聚酰胺树枝化基元的合成与研究”。

2010/09-2013/07,  硕士，山西大学，导师王越奎教授。硕士论文：“过渡金属钴（III）EDDA类配合物环尺度效应和位阻效应对圆二色光谱影响的理论解析”。

2013/10-2017/07,  博士，德国亚琛工业大学（RWTH Aachen University），导师 Ulli Englert教授。博士论文：“Molecular Solids: High Resolution Diffraction Experiments and Chirality Transfer from Ligand to Metal”。博士期间获国家留学生奖学金（2013/10---2017/10）。

2018/6-至今，山西大学分子所讲师。

主要研究方向：

1. 手性吡咯烷衍生物配合物的设计、合成及其催化性质研究；

2. 氢键、卤键等弱相互作用在晶体工程中的定性定量表征；

3. 高分辨率X-射线单晶衍射。
