翟华金

    翟华金,理学博士、教授、博士生导师。山西省“三晋学者”特聘教授,山西省专家学者协会理事。

翟华金系武汉大学理学学士(1990)、理学硕士(1993),中国科学院理学博士(1998),美国华盛顿州立大学和能源部太平洋西北国家实验室博士后(物理化学与团簇物理学)。曾任中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所研究实习员、助理研究员,1999年破格晋升副研究员。2000年赴美国,连续海外经历逾12年,任华盛顿州立大学/能源部太平洋西北国家实验室访问科学家、Research Scientist,布朗大学Senior Research Scientist。2012年受聘山西大学兼职教授。2013年7月全职引进山西大学。翟华金教授并已通过评审入选南京大学“登峰人才支持计划”首批A层次人选(2013;未入职)。

翟华金教授加盟山西大学后随即着手建设“纳米团簇实验室”。近期主要发展高真空技术条件下的气相团簇红外光解离谱学和团簇光电子能谱学。主攻科研方向包括:实验物理化学、计算化学、团簇物理学。入职山西大学以来,作为第一作者或通信作者在Nature Chemistry (2014), Acc. Chem. Res. (2014), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2014), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (2015), ACS Nano (2015)等学术期刊发表一系列研究论文。翟教授的研究工作具有“发现科学”特质,其中在平面硼团簇、全硼富勒烯(硼球烯)、硼羰基化学、全金属芳香团簇、过渡金属d-芳香性和delta-芳香性等多个研究方向的成果具有原创性,并在纳米金团簇、过渡金属氧化物团簇模型催化等热点交叉领域取得系统性、高质量研究成果。

翟华金教授有6项研究成果共8次在美国权威化学新闻期刊“化学与工程新闻”(Chemical & Engineering News)报道;平面硼团簇研究被美国同行评价为“化学中一个重要地标”(an important landmark in chemistry);硼球烯研究成果在《光明日报》头版科技头条专题报道;d-轨道芳香性在英国“自然”杂志作为“研究亮点”推介;四篇论文作为物理化学主流期刊“封面论文”发表。

翟华金教授共发表SCI论文110余篇,其中在影响因子(impact factor)大于9.0的高端期刊发表论文30余篇,含6篇英国“自然”杂志子刊(Nature Materials;Nature Chemistry)/美国“科学”(Science)/美国科学院院刊(PNAS)论文和20余篇“美国化学会志”(J. Am. Chem. Soc.)/德国“应用化学”(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.)论文。经ISI Web of Science检索,这些论文被SCI期刊引用达6,000余次,其中他引5,300次。引用超过100次的论文15篇,单篇最高引用次数超过600次。论文引用Hirsch指数目前为h = 45。
